A strong believer in the tastiness of in seasonal food, Erin will cook a meal inspired by the south, seasonal veggies, and, of course, wine and chocolate.


About À la carte

  • Appetizer:  Crostini with summer pea and ricotta topping; Flatbread with fig and goat cheese; Farmers market surprise
  • 1st course: Curried zucchini soup
  • 2nd course: Braised short ribs with red wine reduction over polenta
  • Dessert:  chocolate pots with salted caramel (dairy free and delicious!)
