Witness the next generation of musical leaders as Academy students conduct the Festival Artists in Samuel Coleridge Taylor’s virtuosic and mighty Nonet. With a dance-inspired first half, this concert will have you toe-tapping in no time.

On the heels of our engaging “Music and . . . Shakespeare!” course from the 2020 Online Community, we present “All’s Well That Ends Well” – a combination of poetry, storytelling, and, of course, music. Featuring Mozart’s stunning Clarinet Quintet and actors from the American Shakespeare Center.

Movie Night returns with another Wintergreen world premiere by composer Daron Hagen and our composition students, this time featuring a new version of Charlie Chaplin’s The Tramp. And don’t miss other movie music favorites such as the Tango from Scent of a Woman, Ennio Morricone’s “Gabriel’s Oboe” from The Mission, and music by John Williams!

If you’ve missed traveling, fear not! This concert will feel like a musical tour from your favorite trip abroad. Tchaikovsky wrote his Souvenir de Florence as a musical memory of his adventures in Italy. If only our own vacation slideshows sounded so good!

We partner with Veritas Vineyard & Winery to present an evening of music and bubbly inspired by classic movies. We’ll feature a string quartet by Bernard Hermann (composer of Psycho and Citizen Kane), a joyful trio by composer and Golden Era actress, Madeleine Dring, and music by Nino Rota, who penned the score to The Godfather.
